The Deodorant Dilemma (Case Closed)

You know you've reached a very comfortable point in your romantic relationship when you can ask your honey to smell your armpits and he has no problem doing so. If you haven't been following my whole armpitty dilemma, then you should know that I've been trying out some new deodorants. At first I tested Tom's Of Maine, which I was quite happy with. However, Fig and Sage pointed out that Tom's does still include propylene glycol (if you don't mind that fact, it's not a bad product) and recommended an all natural deodorant cream by Soapwalla Kitchen, for which I did actually purchase shortly thereafter.

I figured I should write an update considering some of you asked for my opinion. What do I think? Well, I've been using it for about a week now. Let's just say I never knew rubbing a cream on my armpits could be so much fun. The hubby and I both gave it the smell test and it gets a big, fat A+. It dries quickly, it has a nice, natural smell to it, and just a little goes a long way. I wholeheartedly urge you to ditch your regular, weirdo ingredient filled deodorant and switch to Soapwalla, or at least something more natural. Plus, the customer service is excellent and Rachel, the Soapwalla chef, even followed up via e-mail to see what I thought of her product. Many granola kudos to you Rachel!

Oh man, I'm dying to try it! I'm so over chemically deoderants, and I just bought some tom's but I'm only so so and I don't like the propylene glycol aspect. I MUST find some of this cream! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge!

I just made a homemade deodorant and am testing it out to see how effective it is. I want it to be softer so I have to troubleshoot that. And the smell of the shea butter is a little annoying.
