DIY Monday: Cardboard Napkin Rings

Finally! Something better than using the cardboard tube as a new hiding place for the hamster. Merriment Design has come up with a creative twist for those cardboard tubes (specifically, those sturdy saran wrap tubes) by turning them into nifty little napkin rings.
