There is a saying that if you are feeling down, you should smile. Smile big and smile often. Have you ever tried this? If not, give it a go. Next time something has you stressed, sad, or anxious, try a little smile. It just might help lift your spirits. Want to sink your teeth into something that requires a little more from your belly? Go for a good, hearty session of laughter yoga. I've never tried this myself, but I certainly want to. Discovered by Dr. Madan Kataria, laughter yoga is one of the best ways to laugh, get exercise, and boost your mood! Even Oprah's jumped on this happy bandwagon.
