Beautiful, beautiful tote! I'd love to win! My favorite eco-friendly lunch is green, crispy and crunchy salad. I'm a big fan of salads. I put on my salad everything I find at home: lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, green apples, green peas, beetroot, cheese or eggs.
Have a wonderful weekend, Jennifer! xo

It changes from week to week, but right now it is a delicious organic apple from a local orchard!

omg....this tote has my name written all over it. haha i LOVE IT!!!! okay... so let's see... my favorite eco-friendly snack has to be the organic chocolate milk they have at krogers. haha it tastes EXACTLY like chocolate milk and its SOO GOOD. Also we have a little farm just down the road from us and so we always buy our sweet corn, tomatoes, etc. straight from them. It's so much better to help them out and know that your helping them out by purchasing stuff from them...instead of going to your local grocery store and buying something there and helping someone in 5 states over.
:o) Love that tote!

Ohh... I would love to win this tote--- I have been looking at a few online that I was planning to get over the holidays for some family members... this one is adorable! My favorite eco-friendly snack would include most ingredients from my backyard... I make a killer blackbean salsa that is so good I've found myself increasing the amount I make so I can snack on it all week. The ingredients are: strained/rinsed black beans, strained/rinsed white beans (northern), corn from my back yard, tomatoes from my backyard, red onion, red/green/yellow peppers from my backyard (or organic), cilantro from a local farmer, and organic/zesty italian dressing... finely cut all the vegetables, pour the dressing on top, add a little pepper--- and let it sit in the fridge overnight. We'll eat it with the black-organic nacho chips, salads, on top of chicken, etc. Its addicting. Best of luck to all!

I love making homemade salsa with ingredients from our garden in the summer time. Sometimes we make large batches and can it to enjoy in the dead of winter. Any ingredients we don't grow ourselves we pick up from the local farmer's market.

Here's my favorite recipe (it makes a lot!):

1 firm green pepper
1 red pepper
1 cucumber - remove seeds before chopping
10 big tomatoes
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
1 jalapeno pepper - remove seeds before chopping
1/4 cup olive oil
2 to 3 limes-juice only
salt-quite a bit to taste

Through our CSA this year we got Asian Pears which were great for lunches! They don't turn brown so you can cut them up and they're still nice looking at lunchtime!

The only time I get my favorite snack is when I go home to visit my dad on his organic farm.
There's nothing better than walking out to the orchard in the morning and picking a peach to cut up onto your cereal or cover with cream.

My favorite organic snack is an Asian Pear from my parents' trees at home. Their 2 trees produce at least a hundred Asian pears every summer. They're soo yummy.

Ohh, I love that tote! My fiance and I belong to a local co-op so that we can purchase locally grown produce. My favorites are NY apples from the farm down the road!

My favorite has to be Tumalo Farms Classico cheese (google it) with some local lavender honey drizzled over it. Mmm. The cheese is made about 10 miles from my house and the local lavender farm is almost as close too.
