Confectionery Cream, Vintage Style

Isn't this just gorgeous!? This is almost like something out of a fairytale. A circa 1955, Christian Dior wedding dress with "confectionery cream tape lace over a white floral lace gown." I wish I could go back in time to see the wedding of the original bride who owned this dress. Available at thefrock.com. It's not an inexpensive dress, but the detail is incredible.

Jennifer, I came across your blog from someone that linked to mine from yours. Thanks for adding a link to my site. You have a fabulous blog going here. It's so great to have other eco minded bloggers out there. I'll add a link on my site to you if that's ok.

Love this dress!! So beautiful! I just did a wedding where the lace veil was over 300 years old, and it's just amazing, seriously, the history that fabric has seen! We just don't make things like that anymore. And it's super Eco!

That's what your super hero name should be Super Eco!
