Sweet Earth Organic Chocolates, a company that produces organic and fair trade certified chocolates. They have a great selection of bulk chocolates, great for a candy bar, and a selection of wedding/gift chocolates, perfect for favors! I love the colors of the
Matcha Green Tea Chocolate Box (top left). The filling is 100% organic/fair trade matcha, which is a fine, powdered green tea, combined with organic white chocolate! It should also be mentioned that Sweet Earth created a fair trade awareness organization,
Project Hope and Fairness, dedicated to
helping exploited African cocoa farmers, encouraging the conscientious consumption of cocoa products, and supporting Fair Trade policies.
