While planning my own wedding, I remember having some incredibly stressful moments. And if you're a bride-to-be, you probably understand what I'm talking about. So on this Friday, I want to leave you with the reminder that being earth friendly isn't just about taking care of the earth, it's also about taking of yourself. It's important to take time to De-stress and the best way to do this is by focusing on your own needs. Need a little quiet time? Block out some time to just veg out on the couch with a good book. Feeling ridiculously overwhelmed? Release some of that toxic energy by going for a jog or head to the gym for a cardio or yoga class. Not feeling so great? Try treating yourself to some organic veggies and fruits. Meditation, which is essentially the practice of clearing your mind, is also an avenue to explore.
