Au Ciel Design Studio has done a pretty incredible job here! The displays included mint, parsley, radishes, enoki mushrooms, and upland cress. I might have to try this for my next dinner party, but I think it could also work for a wedding!

One of my friends who is also a holistic health counselor is getting married in July. All of her floral designs are going to be almost 100% edible!! Her bouquet mock-up is beautiful greens and purples with artichokes, sage and lavender highlighted with peacock feathers!!!

@Terra - Oh my gosh, I love it! I've seen brides incorporate edible items, but never use them explicitly! What a great idea!
