It may not be an engagement ring, but it's still guaranteed to elicit "oohs" and "aahs." Featuring Icelandic moss which the owner has to water and trim, it's an accessory which I believe does more than just provide fashion for the fingers; it's also a symbolic representation for our environment, which, just like the ring, needs care and attention in order to flourish. Or...maybe it's just a ring. In any case, it's still fun and would definitely provide for a very interesting wearable conversation piece. Unfortunately, I don't think they are available for purchase (yet, hopefully), but they are on display at the

Oh my stars! This is amazing! It reminds me of those little gardens grown inside of a shell and attached to a refrigerator magnet... but much, much classier!
I like the idea, I just know I could never keep it up... I can be forgetful when it comes to house plants.
Wow. That is so neat! I would love one of those... though I would undoubtedly kill it.
Bridal Buzz - It reminds me of a much cooler version of the Chia pet! hehe
Amanda - I'm embarrassed to say I think I would kill it too. :(
