Refreshing Vintage Style

Yes, I love vintage. You probably love it too. I mean, who doesn't love vintage? Vintage dresses, vintage pants, vintage skirts, vintage shoes, vintage jewerly....*sigh*. But...we both know there are two types of vintage: the kind you'll wear, and the kind you won't. As much as I love the environment & as much as I want to wear ye old parachute pants again, there are just some things I ain't gonna do (uh...excuse me...southern accent is coming out). But fear not, this doesn't mean those old fabrics and textiles have to be sent to the landfill! In fact, it opens a whole new door for satisfying those of us with cravings for yummy vintage style. Sarah Donegan, the designer behind the handbags pictured above, went through this proverbial door to give us her collection of wonderful handbags, created with luxe vintage fabrics in rich, oppulent colors. If your heart is racing a little faster...that's okay, I understand. I want one too.
