The Organic Willy Wonka

I was recently reading Grist's article, "15 Green Business Founders" when I happened to come across Joseph Whinney, founder of Theo Chocolate. A producer of "premium, organic, fair trade and specialty chocolate," Theo Chocolate was the first company to import organic cocoa beans into North America and still is the only organic chocolate roaster in the United States. They offer an assortment of noshes for wedding favors, such as 2 or 4 piece boxes of their handmade confections, bulk confections where you choose the flavor, and they'll even whip you up a custom piece to suit your own wedding. They offer tours of their factory, located in Seattle, and you can rent it out for private events as well. I hope this doesn't sound mean, but pictures of an organic Willy Wonka chocolate factory are conjuring in my head. Although not the most earth friendly place, you have to admit, it would be kind of cool to visit the Willy Wonka chcolate factory. I wouldn't mind taking a spin on the chocolate river, visiting the wonkavator, or trying an everlasting gobstopper.
