What is it that they say? You can't have your cake and eat it too? Well, if you're a vegan or organic consumer, you can prove them wrong! Check out About.com's list of Vegan wedding cake vendor's. I found Lotus Cake Studio, located in Northwest Philadelphia, on the list. They use organic ingredients whenever possible, offer vegan options, and their cakes look pretty tasty to me!
